KYC Verification: Prior to processing withdrawal requests, nusstar requires all players to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID). KYC verification satisfies obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations applicable to all Philippine online gaming operators.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any nusstar content without explicit written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nusstar's aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the nusstar platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nusstar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any technical failure, delay, or interruption of service; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account; or (d) any conduct or content of third-party game providers.
nusstar does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not responsible for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events outside nusstar's reasonable control (force majeure).
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by nusstar is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the nusstar platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AMLC compliance reporting, and PAGCOR regulatory obligations.

nusstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the registered email address or an in-platform announcement. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
Continued use of the nusstar platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the nusstar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
